Does Project Veritas’ ‘Bombshell’ Pfizer Gain-of-Function Admission Video Only Serve to Promote a Campaign of Fear Surrounding Viruses and Lab Leaks? Here’s an Overview of Why That May Be the Case

TOP LINE

Although there has been much media focus on Project Veritas’ “bombshell” undercover video revealing the fact that pharma giant Pfizer has been manipulating viruses in secret, some experts, such as pharma insider Sasha Latypova, believe the whole story is nothing more than a psy-op that’s been launched to drive forward a campaign of fear surrounding so-called gain-of-function research. Here is a breakdown of Latypova et al.’s claims, as well as more background information on Jordon Trishton Walker’s curious CV.

Nearly everyone from the “Team Reality” side of the COVID-19 narrative skirmish is hailing Project Veritas’ latest undercover video as a “bombshell” scoop that pins Pfizer against the wall for executing “directed evolution” experiments. I.e. “gain-of-function” research. But some experts believe the admission is not as genuine as it seems. On the contrary, they think the big reveal is yet another “psy-op” (or “psychological operation”) aimed at pushing a campaign of fear surrounding viruses, biolabs, and dangerous leaks.

To quickly review, in the videos immediately above and below Project Veritas—a non-profit journalism enterprise headed by journalist James O’Keefe—provides one of its now-famous undercover “gotcha” videos featuring as its star Jordon Trishton Walker: a director of research & development and strategic operations at Pfizer who graduated from Yale in 2013, and whose supervisor reports to Albert Bourla, the CEO of the pharma giant.

In the above video, Walker claims that Pfizer is “mutating” SARS-CoV-2, the virus that supposedly causes COVID-19. Performing the experiment in secret, as opposed to in a way that’s open to public review.

“We’re exploring like—you know how the virus keeps mutating? Well one of the things we’re exploring is like, why don’t we just mutate it ourselves so we could… preemptively develop new vaccines… .” Walker tells Veritas’ undercover source. “If we’re gonna do that though, there’s a risk… [and] as you could imagine, no one wants to be having a pharma company mutating fucking viruses,” he adds.

Walker tells Veritas’ undercover source that what Pfizer is doing is “definitely not gain-of-function research,” but is focused, rather, on “selected structural mutations to try to see if [the company] can make them [viruses] more potent.” He notes “there is research ongoing about that,” but that he “[doesn’t] know how that’s going to work.”

In terms of the method of execution for mutating SARS-CoV-2, Walker says that Pfizer is “thinking about” putting the virus in monkeys and then “successively…caus[ing] them to keep infecting each other.” The Pfizer scientists would then collect the most infectious samples from the infected monkeys and continue to passage them through more monkeys. Walker also says “directed simulation” is a possibility, using samples of different proteins from the virus’ surface to study its evolution.

Walker specifically notes that “chief scientific officers” from other divisions of the company aside from his are responsible for mutating the SARS-CoV-2 virus. He also notes in Veritas’ follow-up video immediately above that he’s “literally a liar and “was trying to impress a person on a date. By lying.” (The date being Veritas’ undercover source.)

To vet Walker’s claims, as well as give context to them, Veritas provided comment from Dr. Robert Malone, who is often credited with developing the technology underpinning mRNA “vaccines”; particularly the “transfection” of mRNA into cells using synthetic lipids.

“It appears that they’re [Pfizer] recapitulating exactly what was done at the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” Malone tells Fox News’ Tucker Carlson (in the video immediately above). “Right down to serial passage in their case, [although with] monkeys instead of humanized mice.” Malone adds “The buried lead… [in this story] is the implicit acknowledgment that they [Pfizer] cannot construct vaccines fast enough; the virus is outrunning them and they’re having to resort to extraordinary measures.”

Malone goes on to say the fact Pfizer needs to do this “directed evolution” is evidence of “defeat.” That is, evidence that Pfizer cannot make its current mRNA “vaccines” work against SARS-CoV-2. He highlights the fact that Pifzer is still able to perform the kind of research described by Walker, however, noting that “Pfizer is a global company… with massive resources [and] the ability to conduct research in virtually any region.”

“They [Pfizer] have all kinds of ways to do this,” Malone adds. “They have the ability with their money and power, as you’ve seen, to define the rules and construct their own reality.”

Along with Malone, other prominent Team Reality members also came out to congratulate O’Keefe and Project Veritas, including Silicon Valley entrepreneur and founder of the Vaccine Research Safety Foundation (VSRF) Steve Kirsch, who wrote in a Substack post that the Veritas video “hits it out of the park!!!” and revealed the pharma giant’s “game plan.” Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the founder of Children’s Health Defense Fund, wrote in a tweet: “Amazing reporting by James O’Keefe showing us what we already knew: Pfizer is a craven venal homicidal morally bankrupt criminal enterprise that has captured and corrupted its regulators.”

While it seems everyone on Team Reality agrees that Pfizer needs to be held responsible for any and all crimes—including its involvement in the testing and production of the wildly dangerous and utterly ineffective COVID-19 injections, as well as whatever “directed evolution” research it may be conducting—some are saying the idea that Pfizer can manipulate viruses is, in essence, false. And that many of the people pushing the idea—as well as the idea that any other virus could be morphed in a lab to become deadlier and more contagious—are either wittingly or unwittingly helping to further an intentional campaign of mass fear.

Pharma insider Sasha Latypova—who spent more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry during her career and assembled perhaps the best summary of why the COVID injections are so deadly (watch that via the post embedded immediately above)—for example, put together a brief Substack post on Veritas’ big story, which she titled “OMG! Pfizer is MUTATING COVID!!!”

In her post, Latypova hammers home the idea that gain-of-function research cannot be performed as has been sold to the public, and that Walker is, essentially, a peon dope who, one: doesn’t know what he’s talking about, and two: has no insight into whatever Pfizer is actually doing regarding any directed evolution experiments.

“Everyone should understand that this area [Walker claims to work in] is NOT a science area,” Latypova says in her Substack post. “He [Walker] does not work in a lab. He pushes paper, makes powerpoints and other documents and talks to vendors. Pfizer OUTSOURCES all scientific and clinical trial work.”

Latypova goes on to note “He [Walker] is talking about ‘mutating virus’ or ‘directed evolution’ and describes it in the same way Peter Daszak and Ralph Baric do in their proposals to the NIH—same terms, same experimental designs and ideas, and this same script has been in existence for decades.” She adds “Pfizer guy [again, Walker] probably got his script from BARDA/DARPA memos. BARDA funds 50% of the pharmaceutical R&D today.”

Potentially smashing that narrative, Latypova claims “There is no way to ‘mutate viruses’ in a lab in the way they all imply—to artificially make them deadlier and more transmissible at the same time.” The pharma industry veteran adds that “This is a propaganda fairytale with a very specific goal. You should be very concerned about any person (on ‘their’ side or ‘ours’) who repeats it with a serious face.”

Latypova finishes out her post by saying:

I don’t know for sure, but I strongly suspect Project Veritas was at the end of their own joke here. They got played by the Defense agencies who ‘leaked’ this ‘super secret’ information (that is plastered all over their public documents and websites, you just need to read it!), and PV bought it hook, line and sinker.

PS. Doesn’t really matter if the interviewee here really works for Pfizer and really believes what he says in this video. I am pretty sure he does and does. That’s the point. As long as you hire the people of certain intellectual lightweight and a non-functioning moral compass (current university system is perfectly geared to produce this product) it is easy to set them up to repeat the lines you want with conviction.

Katherine Watt—an independent journalist and paralegal—agrees with Latypova’s assessment that Pfizer’s supposed involvement in directed evolution is a distraction from what really matters: the departments of the federal government largely responsible for conducting the COVID fraud on the population.

“‘Breaking news,’ ‘bombshells’ and frantic analysis pieces pointing harder and harder at Pfizer are being circulated to draw public anger away from the DOD-HHS [Health and Human Services Department] complex, and steer it to expendables,” Watt wrote in a Substack post in response to the videos. She added, however, that “All these front companies [such as Pfizer, Moderna, BioNTech, etc.] can be dissolved as many times as needed, and reconstituted under new corporate names as many times as needed.”

“The US military-public health system (DOD+HHS+DHS+DOJ+DOS…) — the infiltrated, semi-overthrown US Government — can’t be rebranded once the People understand the mass murder campaign that the imposter senior executive service (SES) officials are operating from within it,” Watt added. “The imposter Cabinet secretaries, President Biden/Obama/Harris, the globalist central bankers pulling the strings, and the mass media are all at a crossroads together.”

One particular video taking issue with Walker’s narrative, posted to Twitter by investigative journalist George Webb, highlights several claimed anomalies with the narrative as Malone, Kirsch, et al. see it. Although it’s possible many of Webb’s claims are not well-researched and false.

The premise of Webb’s “conspiracy theory” behind Walker’s reveal is that it has actually been orchestrated by Malone, as well as the Director of Clinical Translation and Mass-Casuality Therapeutics at Massachusetts General Hospital Dr. Michael Callahan.

In his vlogs, such as the ones above, Webb paints a picture of Walker as a pawn being played by Callahan and Malone. One used, in part, to pose as a Pfizer director. (Which Webb claims is an “entry-level” title at Pifzer.) Webb says, in essence, that Malone and Callahan have connections to the “Deep State”—particularly DARPA, the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Defense Advanced Research Project Agency, and DTRA the DoD’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA)—and that Walker has been used as “a plant” and “a spy” inside of Pfizer.

Webb describes Walker as a “pizza kid” who served as “a plant by Michael Callahan in the critical days when they were trying to get up and running for Operation Warp Speed… .” One who stole intellectual property and then gave it to Pfizer, “setting them [Pfizer] into a lure… into a criminal act.”

Webb seems to outline the idea that Walker’s claims will be used as a way to torpedo Pfizer in an ongoing patent dispute between it and Moderna. Webb seems to claim Malone and Callahan will serve as “fact witnesses” in the dispute—wherein Moderna is suing Pfizer and BioNTech, alleging their jabs infringe on intellectual property rights—and are using this negative media exposure to paint Pfizer in a bad light. Note that DARPA is connected to Moderna as it had awarded the flailing pharma upstart up to $25 million at one point to develop antibody-producing drugs against “infectious diseases and other biological threats.” In 2015, the grant was expanded to support vaccines, including a Chikungunya candidate.

While Webb’s many—admittedly intriguing—claims are not vetted here, much of his theory seems to rely on conjecture. He says, for example, that Walker “may have gone to Wuhan” after taking a Mandarin Chinese course while working at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG)—which is a “global consulting firm.” Webb also speculates that Walker “may” have been taking his course just as Michael Callahan was in Wuhan supposedly helping to treat COVID-19 patients.

Along with speculating on the timing of events (or if some events even happened), Webb has also made at least one egregious reporting error so far that’s easy to check. In a tweet posted on January 26, 2023, Webb quoted Latypova’s take on the Walker story, but made the false claim that she “works at Pfizer.” Not only does Latypova not work at Pfizer, she never has, and has been largely retired for some time. (She outlines her story often when being interviewed.)

When challenged with Webb’s reporting by Twitter user Sylvia Kump, Malone replied: “internet rule #1, don’t talk to the crazies.”

While Webb indeed may be wrong about many facets of the Walker story and his claims about Malone, some of what he says can be confirmed. Malone is indeed connected to Callahan, for example. And Alchem Laboratories, a contract manufacturing organization for which Malone was the chief medical officer in early 2020, did receive $20.7 million in funding from BARDA. At the time, BARDA was being run by Robert Kadlec, who served as the UN bioweapons inspector in the Iraq War in 1991 and wrote in a 1998 internal strategy paper for the Pentagon that “Using biological weapons under the cover an endemic or natural disease occurrence provides an attacker [the] potential for plausible denial.” Latypova has also noted that Kadlec, who served as Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services (Preparedness and Response) from August 2017 until January 2021, led an update to the PREP Act “to make sure that it’s completely ironclad and bulletproof so that nobody can ever, ever sue any one of these companies, or anybody associated with [the manufacturing of the COVID injections] for any injury or liability.”

Malone is also indeed connected to Callahan. “After returning from [working with COVID patients in] Wuhan, [Callahan] briefed Robert Kadlec, assistant secretary for preparedness and response at the Department of Health and Human Services, then checked in with Robert Malone, chief medical officer of Florida-based Alchem Laboratories, a contract manufacturing organization,” Science reported in an article from April of 2020. The article offered an overview of a trial Callahan ran on Pepcid as a potential medicine for COVID-19. The $20.7 million that Kadlec gave to Alchem was to trial the heartburn drug Pepcid, although it ultimately ended as a “fizzled” gamble by the Trump administration. (A foregone outcome that Malone and Callahan wanted, according to Webb, so as to make way for the mRNA jabs that required there be no good alternative treatments for their “emergency use” rollout.)

Likewise, Walker’s CV, which is succinctly laid out and summarized by intelligence analyst Brian O’Shea on his Substack, does show that the Pfizer executive has had unorthodox training for his position. For example, Walker was a urology resident at Massachusetts General Hospital, but worked on oncology projects while at BCG. O’Shea also reports that Walker also did indeed take a Mandarin course between November and December of 2019.

Regardless of which of Webbs’ claims are true or not, it has now been confirmed by Pfizer that the corporation has been—in effect—performing gain-of-function research. In a response to Veritas’ videos issued on January 27 of this year, Pfizer wrote that it “has not conducted gain of function or directed evolution research.” The pharma giant went on to say, however, that “In a limited number of cases when a full virus does not contain any known gain of function mutations, such virus may be engineered to enable the assessment of antiviral activity in cells.” Pfizer went on to say that “In addition, in vitro resistance selection experiments are undertaken in cells incubated with SARS-CoV-2 and nirmatrelvir in our secure Biosafety level 3 (BSL3) laboratory to assess whether the main protease can mutate to yield resistant strains of the virus.”
