Two Idaho Lawmakers Introduce Bill to Make Administering mRNA ‘Vaccines’ a Crime

TOPLINE

Two Idaho lawmakers, state senator Tammy Nichols and state representative Judy Boyle, have introduced a bill in the state’s legislature that calls for making the administration of mRNA “vaccines” a crime punishable by jail time and/or a fine. Nichols, who proposed the bill before the state’s Health and Welfare Committee, says a law is required, in part, because “the risk-benefit analysis has not been done” for the COVID injections and because there has been no true informed consent.

As reported by Fox News, two Idaho lawmakers, state senator Tammy Nichols and state representative Judy Boyle, have introduced a bill in the state’s legislature that calls for making the administration of mRNA “vaccines” a crime punishable by jail time and/or a fine. Nichols, who proposed the bill before Idaho’s House Health and Welfare Committee on February 16 of this year, noted that “we are seeing more and more concerns rising because of the mRNA vaccine and we have issues that this was fast-tracked.” Nichols specifically highlighted “blood clots and heart issues” as significant health concerns.

The bill (immediately below), would make “providing or administering an mRNA vaccine” a misdemeanor, which is punishable in Idaho by imprisonment in a county jail for up to six months, or by a fine up to $1,000, or by both. The bill specifically notes that “a person may not provide or administer a vaccine developed using messenger ribonucleic acid technology for use in an individual or any other mammal in this state.”

“[W]e are seeing more and more concerns rising because of the mRNA vaccine and we have issues that this was fast-tracked,” Nichols told members of the state’s Health and Welfare Committee. The state senator added that “There’s no liability, there’s no access to data, the risk-benefit analysis has not been done, there’s no informed consent... . She added that “the single most qualified doctor who invented the mRNA [technology] actually has now said that it’s not safe nor effective, and there are other options available if people want to get a shot that works with COVID.”

When state representative Illana Rubel asked about the approval status of the injections, noting, in part, that her understanding is that “they ultimately were approved under the ordinary approval process and did ultimately… survive the scrutiny of being subjected to all the normal tests,” Nichols responded that she’s “seeing conflicting reports in regard to that.”

Nichols added in response to Rubel’s question that she’s “actually having more information being sent to [her] to address that particular issue, because [shes] finding that it may not have been done like we thought it should have been done or that it would have normally been done for an approval process, as an FDA-approved vaccine.”

In regard to her comments, the discoverer of in-vitro and in-vivo RNA transfection and the inventor of mRNA vaccines Dr. Robert Malone has indeed said that the COVID-19 “vaccines” are neither safe nor effective and should be pulled from the market. (See interview excerpt immediately above.) Many other prominent physicians and scientists have also called from the complete recall of the COVID injections, including cardiologist and epidemiologist Dr. Peter McCullough as well as former Pfizer Vice President Michael Yeadon.

Likewise, the evidence showing the mRNA COVID injections are enormously dangerous and utterly ineffective is robust and ever-growing. As Nichols noted before the committee the injections do indeed lead to serious blood clotting issues, as evinced by this list of peer-reviewed and pre-print studies. The injections also overwhelmingly lead to myo/pericarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle and/or the lining of the heart), as evinced by this list of peer-reviewed and pre-print studies. Not to mention the fact that the Summary Basis for Regulatory Action for both Pfizer’s jab, as well as Moderna’s, highlighted myo/pericarditis as a “serious” risk.

Along with the myriad studies showing a link between heart damage and the mRNA injections, there are also numerous studies linking the novel “vaccines” to paralysis, latent virus reactivation, sperm reduction, and menstrual issues. (Amongst many, many, other ailments.)

As for whether or not the mRNA COVID injections have been approved by the FDA, they—unequivocally—have not. In fact, according to emergency use authorization (EUA) law, “If a product is the subject of an authorization under this section, the use of such product within the scope of the authorization shall not be considered to constitute a clinical investigation… .” Which means no real clinical trials for the mRNA COVID “vaccines” ever took place.

Confirming the fact that no real clinical trials for the mRNA COVID injections ever occurred is Pfizer’s response to whistleblower Brook Jackson’s lawsuit. In its motion to dismiss Jackson’s lawsuit—which she brought against the company for defrauding the federal government—Pfizer explicitly claimed that its contract with the Department of Defense (DOD) imposed “no requirements relating to Good Clinical Practices (‘GCP’) or related FDA regulations.” (See excerpt immediately above.)

As for where the bill stands now, as KXLY.com has reported, it has only been introduced. It still needs to go through a hearing by a future committee vote in order to make it to the house floor.
