In this interview with attorney Todd Callendar and SGT Report, investigative journalist and paralegal Katherine Watt outlines some of the legal framework that was put into place in the U.S. over the course of decades in order to allow for the COVID-19 “pandemic” response to unfold as it did. Watt, who has discussed the idea of the U.S. military declaring a so-called “Kill Box” on people across the globe, says here that the militarization of public health can arguably be traced back to the 1913 Spanish Flu outbreak—which, she says, “was not what we have been told it was.”
In this interview with attorney Todd Callendar and SGT Report, investigative journalist and paralegal Katherine Watt outlines some of the legal framework that was put into place over the course of decades in order to allow for the COVID-19 “pandemic” response to unfold as it did. Watt, who has discussed the idea of the U.S. military declaring a so-called “Kill Box” on people across the globe, says here that the militarization of public health can arguably be traced back to the 1913 Spanish Flu outbreak—which, she says, “was not what we have been told it was.”
“[Y]ou can trace it back to, I think, and other people have argued, to the 1918 Spanish Flu outbreak, which was not what we have been told it was. And also the 1913 Federal Reserve Act,” Watt says of the militarization of public health. “And that, I think, was sort of a turning point, and, since then, it’s been escalating and they [the global cabal waging war on humanity] achieved… the most advanced form of the kind of warfare that they’re trying to do starting in January 2020 with the Public Health Emergency declaration by Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar at the end of January that coincided and was responsive to the World Health Organization’s Director General’s declaration of a public health emergency of International Concern,” the journalist adds.
Watt also notes those two terms, PHEIC and the HHS’ public health emergency, can be traced back in the United States statutes and regulations, guidance documents, and legal opinions to the late 1990s early 2000s. “And that is also a point at which it converges with the 9/11 attacks and the Patriot Act and the Homeland Security Act,” Watt says.
Perhaps not incidentally, note that the WHO literally pronounces PHEIC as “fake.” Listen to “Dr.” Maria Van Kerkove, WHO’s Technical Lead for COVID-19, evince that fact in the video immediately below.
“They sort of wove it [the public health emergency] together with all of these cross-referencing laws specific to military countermeasures used during a public health emergency,” Watt says. She notes the official term of “public health emergency” joined the lexicon in 1983 “to be something very similar to, legally speaking, a state of war, or a state of national emergency, such that all kinds of emergency powers get stripped from the normal places they would be, like courts and like legislatures and like state governments and put into the executive branch’s hands… and the cabinet secretaries’ hands.”
Watt elaborates:
“So that’s the whole thing that… we’ve been able to see since January 2020. Is the execution of these… things that were embedded over time gradually piece by piece by piece and then boom, January 2020 is when they pulled them all out and said, ‘Look we have the authority to do all these things. Everybody follow what we’re saying and everything became chaos because nobody knew what they were talking about, but they had ramped up the fear to ramp up the compliance to get away with it for as long as they have already. And however much longer they get away with it.”
Watt notes one can talk about this militarization of public health as “the merger of the public health apparatus with the military apparatus” in order to create a “complex of the two things that serves both purposes.” She notes this complex “serves, on the surface, the public health mission of allegedly helping people live healthier lives, but on the other side, it serves this military purpose, which is actually to control and injure and kill people.”
This outlook, of course, coincides perfectly with that of pharma industry veteran Sasha Latypova, who’s worked in tandem with Watt in order to solve the mystery behind what’s really gone on with the COVID-19 saga. (Watch Latypova’s seminal “Intent to Harm” presentation immediately above, in which she outlines how the DOD has been mass murdering people with the COVID-19 “vaccines.”)
Watt says she doesn’t know how this cabal in charge of the pharma-military complex, led in large part by the Bank of International Settlements (BIS), is going to respond to people “waking up,” but she suspects they don’t have another “fallback position” aside from “overt attacks” on the population. Or to blame deaths and problems caused by the COVID “countermeasures” on captured regulatory agencies.
“[T]he more they do overt attacks, the more people see not only they’re being attacked with bombs and chemicals and food plant bombings and whatever, but also see, ‘Oh yes, the thing that came before this was a covert thing,” Watt says. She notes people will realize “The vaccines were weapons“ and “Every single one of these mRNA platform technologies is another iteration of that…” (Hear Latypova describe how the mRNA injections can behave as “shrapnel” in the body via the post embedded immediately below.)
Regarding the financial aspect of the cabal’s crime against humanity, Watt says she doesn’t think the current meltdown in the banking sector is necessarily happening organically.
“I don’t think they’re melting down. I don’t think they’re jumping, I think they’re being pushed,” Watt says of banks like Silicon Valley Bank, which are collapsing. “I mean, they’re happening because things that happened before back to 2008, back earlier, but it’s not an organic sort of natural activity… There are things being done to make these specific banks fall. Like the idea is [to implement] the central bank digital currencies [CBDCs] and to do that they have to destabilize everything about the currency and the monetary system and then present themselves as the solution to this problem and then also somehow keep themselves from being identified as the source or the problem.”
Watt says that she does think the globalist banker cabal is going to get a CBDC put in place globally, but doesn’t think it actually has any intention of executing any of the “Build Back Better” plan it talks about so frequently. Officials are certainly working on rolling out CBDCs, however. (Read more about that via the post embedded immediately below.)
As for the financial component of this enormous yet subtle attack on humanity, Watt says (in essence) that she believes the collapse of the banking sector we’re now witnessing is largely being manufactured.
“I don’t think they’re melting down. I don’t think they’re jumping, I think they’re being pushed,” Watt says of banks like Silicon Valley Bank, which are collapsing. Looking forward, Watt says she thinks the cabal is going to get a CBDC put in place globally, but doesn’t “actually have any intention of any of the ‘build back better’ plan they talk about.” That is, a plan to put into place enormously strict limitations on movement, carbon output, and other basic freedoms. In the post immediately below, for example, the World Economic Forum (WEF) describes its plan to deploy “mandatory carbon allowances.”
“I think of it mostly as a smash-and-grab theft,” Watt ultimately says of the entire crime being committed against humanity. “And so they’re smashing everything right now, they’re stealing as much stuff as they can, and then, I think, there’s just going to be the rubble left behind.”
Watt asks rhetorically: “[G]iven the amount of knowledge and understanding that the people I think of as the Good Guys have been able to build up over the last few years and the amount of momentum that the bad guys have built up, once that rubble situation is in place and, like, electrical grids are super spotty and the internet is super spotty, whose capacity to rebuild in that kind of crisis situation is going to predominate over the other?” She adds she tends to think “it’s going to be the Good Guys because the Good Guys are people who tend to create. And build. Whereas the other guys’ main skill is smashing things to pieces and breaking stuff.”
