What Exactly Is on Hunter Biden’s Laptop? Top 6 Facts to Know

Here is a 3,000-word deep dive into the top 6 potentially incriminating (publicly available) things that were found on Hunter Biden’s laptop, which was abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop in April 2019.

Now that The New York Times has confirmed the infamous laptop abandoned at John Paul Mac Isaac’s Delaware computer shop in April 2019 does indeed belong to Hunter Biden—President Biden’s son—it’s worth reviewing what its most criminal (publicly known) contents are. Below is a list of the top six potentially incriminating pieces of evidence that have been discovered on Hunter Biden’s laptop hard drive, which is now in the FBI’s possession.

1. Emails from Burisma Board Member Vadym Pozharskyi to Hunter Biden

One of the most stunning findings on Hunter Biden’s laptop were emails from Vadym Pozharskyi, an adviser on the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma. According to NS Energy, “the industry’s largest resource for energy content,” Burisma Holdings was Founded in 2002, and is an oil and natural gas company owned by Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky. In one particular email from April 17, 2015, Pozharskyi says:

“Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure. As we spoke yesterday evening, would be great to meet today for a quick coffee. What do you think? I could come to you [sic] office somewhere around noon or so, before or on my way to [the] airport.”

Another email from Pozharskyi dated May 12, 2014, and uploaded to SCRIBD by The Post (immediately below), evinces the Burisma board member requesting Hunter help him with Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs; specifically, that Hunter help prevent the Ministry from initiating “pretrial proceedings” against the company.

“So far we got information (through unofficial channels) that one or more pretrial proceedings were initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs with regrad [sic] to Burima [sic] Holdings companies that are heavily engaged in gas production and happen to be our Holdings’ key companies,” Pozharskyi says in the email. “We urgently need your advice on how you could use your influence to convey a message / signal, etc. to stop what we consider to be politically motivated actions….”

The New York Post reports that Pozharskyi joined then-Vice President Joe Biden and Hunter, as well as other VIP guests like Kazakhstan’s then-Prime Minister Karim Massimov, for a dinner on April 16, 2015. The Post reports that “Joe Biden was observed that evening sitting and eating an entire meal with Hunter and his ‘investors,’ despite a claim by the White House to Washington Post fact checkers last year that he only attended briefly.”

On top of that April 16, 2015 dinner meeting, The Post also says that “Biden also is believed to have attended a second ‘investor dinner’ organized by his son” that took place toward the end of March 2016; during another one of Pozharskyi’s visits to DC. The Post notes that, at that time, Burisma was paying Hunter $83,333 per month.

Note that “fact checkers,” including USA Today, have acknowledged that then-Vice President Joe Biden withheld $1 billion in aid to Ukraine in order to persuade the country’s leadership to oust its top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin. According to The Post, Shokin, the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine, had said at the time of his firing that “in March 2016, he’d made ‘specific plans’ to investigate Burisma that ‘included interrogations and other crime-investigation procedures into all members of the executive board, including Hunter Biden.'”

Also note that—as the brilliant video montage from Breitbart News immediately below shows—President Biden has unequivocally said that “I have never spoken to my son about overseas business dealings” and that “there has been no indication of any conflict of interest from Ukraine or anywhere else. Period.”

2. Email Evidence of ‘Renumeration Packages’ from Chinese Energy Corp. ‘CEFC China’

In an October 15, 2020 article The New York Post reported that “Hunter Biden pursued lucrative deals involving China’s largest private energy company—including one that he said would be ‘interesting for me and my family,'” according to emails discovered on the laptop. The Post reported that one email delivered to Biden from business partner James Gilliar on May 13, 2017—with the subject line “Expectations”—included details of “‘remuneration packages’ for six people involved in an unspecified business venture.”

The Post added in the same report that Hunter “was identified as ‘Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC,'” with CEFC being “an apparent reference to the former Shanghai-based conglomerate CEFC China Energy Co.” CEFC China, originally founded in 2002, was at one point the largest “energy” company in China, bringing in nearly $35 billion of revenue a year at its peak. The company went bankrupt, however, when it turned out to be, in the end, a sort of Ponzi scheme.

On March 1 [of 2020], respected Chinese financial news outlet, Caixin, published an explosive forensic investigation into the finances of CEFC China Energy, alleging that the organization was a house of cards, precariously stacked on loans to cover loans,” CNN reported in an extensive writeup on the matter. At the time of the writeup CNN noted the company’s real estate portfolio—worth billions of dollars—was “under the hammer,” due to “a Chinese state-owned company taking control of many of its international assets.” (According to an October 15, 2020 article in The Post, CEFC China head Ye Jianming, “who had ties to the Chinese military and intelligence service,” still hand’t been seen since being taken into custody by Chinese authorities in early 2018.)

The “Expectations” email—which is available in full on The Post‘s site—also outlined a “provisional agreement” for how the equity in a new holding company would be divided up; with 80% of the “equity,” or shares in the new company, being split equally among four people, including: “H,” (Hunter Biden); “RW” (Rob Walker a “long-time business associate” of Hunter’s); “JG” (James Gilliar, at the international consulting firm J2cR); “TB” (Tony Bobulinksi, a former “business associate” of Hunter’s who now says Joe Biden has known about his son taking payments from Chinese and Ukrainian companies), and then 10% for “Jim” as well as “10[%] held by H for the big guy?” The Post notes “Neither Jim nor the ‘big guy’ was identified further,” although it is easy to speculate: “the big guy” is likely Joe Biden, and Jim, likely Joe Biden’s brother, Jim.

Note that Hunter’s pay, according to the email, was going to be “850” (likely shorthand for $850,000). As well as an office.

3. Emails Hunter Sent Outlining His Family’s Involvement in Hudson West

Another email sent by Hunter as a part of a chain in August 2017 “involved a deal he struck with the since-vanished chairman of CEFC, Ye Jianming, for half-ownership of a holding company that was expected to provide Biden with more than $10 million a year [for introductions alone],” according to The Post. Immediately below is (verbatim) copied text from an email Hunter sent to Gongwen Dong, who The Post reports “has been identified in reports as CFO of the Kam Fei Group, an investment firm based in Hong Kong”:

“My Understanding is that the original agreement with the Director was for consulting fees based on introductions alone a rate of $10M per year for a three year guarantee total of $30M. The chairman changed that deal after we me[t] in MIAIMI TO A MUCH MORE LASTING AND LUCRATIVE ARRANGEMENT [capitalization Hunter’s] to create a holding company 50% percent owned by ME and 50% owned by him. Consulting fees is one piece of our income stream but the reason this proposal by the chairman was so much more interesting to me and my family is that we would also be partners inn [sic] the equity and profits of the JV’s investments. Hence I assumed the reason for our discussion today in which you made clear that the Chaireman [sic] would first get this investment capital returned in the profits would then be split 50/50. If you [sic] saying that this is not the case then please return us to the original deal 10M per year a guaranteed 3 years plus bonus payments for any successful deal we introduce. let’s discuss thank you”

The Post also notes that a photo dated August 1, 2017 shows a handwritten flowchart outlining the ownership of “Hudson West,” a company that Hunter Biden’s law firm, Owasco PC, formed with several Chinese nationals, including Gong Wendong. City Journal reported on October 14, 2020 that “In a transaction [a] Senate report identified as ‘potential financial criminal activity,’ a CEFC subsidiary funneled money to Hudson West III, which then paid almost $5 million in ‘consulting fees’ to Hunter Biden’s law firm between August 2017 and September 2018.”

The Senate report that City Journal references—available thanks to Senators Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa)—also notes that “Hunter Biden, James Biden, and James Biden’s wife, Sara Biden, were all authorized users of credit cards associated with [a Hudson West credit] account. . . . The Bidens subsequently used the credit cards they opened to purchase $101,291.46 worth of extravagant items, including airline tickets and multiple items at Apple Inc. stores, pharmacies, hotels and restaurants.”

Hudson West III is now dissolved.

The Post also reported that documents on Hunter’s laptop “also include an ‘Attorney Engagement Letter’ executed in September 2017 in which one of Ye’s top lieutenants, former Hong Kong government official Chi Ping Patrick Ho, agreed to pay Hunter a $1 million retainer for ‘Counsel to matters related to US law and advice pertaining to the hiring and legal analysis of any US Law Firm or Lawyer.'”

4. Graphic Photos, Including Ones Showing Hunter Engaging in Sex Acts

Along with the Pozharskyi emails and deal makings with powerful Chinese business partners, Hunter’s laptop also contains graphic photos of the President’s son alone, and with women, participating in sexual acts. “The hard drive contains hundreds of pictures of naked women and naked selfies of Hunter, as well as dozens of videos,” The Daily Mail reported on June 23 2021. Indeed The Mail reported that Hunter’s abandoned laptop has on it a cache of 103,000 text messages, 154,000 emails, and more than 2,000 photos.

The Mail also reported that Hunter’s laptop contains pornography featuring the President’s son. “On Hunter’s laptop he had his own profile on porn site Pornhub where there was content of him in bed with two woman [sic] with a small dog nearby,” The Mail reported. “Hunter photographed and filmed himself, often with two prostitutes at a time, in explicit videos.”

“A computer camera roll of nearly 25,000 images is loaded with sexually explicit selfies and porn (which The Post is not publishing), but also has snapshots from Biden’s childhood and vacations,” The Post reported on October 16, 2020.

5. Sex Websites and Self-Starring Porn Videos

Evidence from Hunter’s laptop also shows the President’s son isn’t only a frequent consumer of porn, but a frequent producer. The Daily Mail reported on June 23, 2021 that “Hunter photographed and filmed himself, often with two prostitutes at a time, in explicit videos that he then posted on adult website Pornhub under the username ‘RHEast’.” The Mail added that Hunter would record himself from various angles, using an iPhone or an iPad.

Apparently Hunter’s Pornhub account had 66 “award badges.” Including a badge for reaching 50 subscribers, watching 500 videos, and watching porn in HD.

The Gateway Pundit reported on October 29, 2020 that Hunter referred to himself as “Harper” on PornHub. The Pundit reported it’s been able to verify that the RHEast account belonged to Hunter “because of [one] screen shot [on his laptop]… where one of his pages bookmarked is ‘Joe Biden Smiling.'” That bookmark, in a screenshot from Hunter’s laptop, is linked to the RHEast PornHub account. The Pundit also reported that it’s able to confirm the RHEast account belongs to Hunter “because the pictures and videos in the account are also on the Hunter Biden laptop that was recently uncovered.” Indeed, The Pundit said that “There are pictures of two women on top of Hunter on PornHub and these same pictures were located on his laptop.”

Hunter’s abandoned laptop also apparently reveals a man addicted to “hookup” websites, such as adultfriendfinder.com. (Although in the case of adultfriendfinder, Hunter may have just been receiving spam based on other sites for which he’d signed up.) The Mail has also reported that Hunter bought “a five-figure sum of services in just six months” on the Streamray webcam-focused porn site.

6. Evidence of Hunter Biden Taking/Trafficking Illicit Drugs

Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop not only glimpses his life as a sex and porn addict, but also as a drug addict. The Daily Mail report evincing Hunter’s love for porn also discussed “Texts from February 20, 2019 [that] appear to show Hunter coordinating with a woman called Dianna Pagano to transport other women in Ubers to his hotel room in New Haven, Connecticut.” The Mail added that “A month later Pagano texted Hunter offering to ‘hang’ with him for ‘100 or 200 for the night’, as well as appearing to offer him drugs, saying ‘My guy is giving me 2500qorrh of work cuz he is going on vacation. I just gotta give him 200$; and ‘I got some good work if u need anything hun its fire.'” In November, Pagano was charged with violating her probation by allegedly running a drug operation out of her home.

“Texts show he would often order drugs to hotel rooms and take them with the women before or after sex – and photos include bottles of 100mg Viagra pills, the highest dose prescribed by doctors,” The Mail‘s report added. The Mail also said that Hunter’s laptop, “which was handed over to the FBI in 2019, is brimming with evidence of apparent criminal activity by Hunter and his associates including drug trafficking and prostitution.”

One now-iconic image shows President Biden’s eldest son brandishing “his badly damaged and worn down teeth,” which the Mail noted is also referred to as “Meth mouth.” (Meth Mouth is, according to Addiction Center, “the tooth decay and poor dental health that typically occur when someone is addicted to Meth.”)

The Mail also recounted “a second close shave with the law” that Hunter had in March of 2019 according to text messages recovered from his laptop. “[P]olice allegedly showed up at a Naugatuck, Connecticut, motel where Hunter was taking drugs and entertaining hookers,” the Mail reported. The Mail noted, however, that the Naugatuck Police Department had no record of officers showing up at Hunter’s motel on that occasion.

Incidentally, Hunter did come under investigation after he dropped off a rental car in Prescott, Arizona in October 2016, leaving behind a crack pipe, “white powder residue,” his driver’s license, and his late brother Beau’s attorney general badge. No charges were brought against Hunter because local prosecutors said there wasn’t enough evidence the crack pipe had been used by him. Although Hunter himself has admitted to smoking crack—with former DC Mayor Marion Barry!—per a call obtained by The Daily Mail.

There is also a now-infamous viral video of Hunter smoking what looks to be crack cocaine while on a contentious phone call with Hallie Biden, his dead brother’s wife with whom he’s become romantically entangled. According to BizPac Review Hunter and Hallie are arguing about Maureen Dowd from The New York Times; specifically something she published that was disparaging to the Biden family.

Hunter was also involved in an incident on October 23, 2018 with a handgun he owned when Hallie alerted the Secret Service and FBI to the weapon because she was “afraid for the kids” and because she was scared Hunter would harm himself due to his problems with alcohol and drugs. The Mail says the incident, which was confirmed by Politico thanks to a police report, could mean that Hunter may have lied on his background check to obtain the gun; namely by potentially lying on the background check document for a handgun, which asks: “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?” Clearly Hunter should’ve said yes, but likely put no.

If Hunter did lie on his background check, that would be a felony.

7. BONUS FACT: Hunter Lost a Second Laptop

Finally, on top of all of the potentially incriminating evidence on Hunter’s computer abandoned at the Delaware computer repair shop in April of 2019, it turns out Biden’s extant son may have lost yet another laptop. Or rather, had it stolen from him.

In the clip immediately below—a duplicated version of the original that The Daily Mail brought to light on August 12, 2021 that’s been uploaded to BitChute—we see Hunter with a naked woman in what appears to be a hotel room. The Mail reports the clip is taken from a longer video from Hunter’s laptop abandoned at the Delaware computer shop, in which “Hunter left the camera rolling as he recounted a Vegas bender [to the naked woman] in which he spent ’18 days going round from penthouse suite to penthouse suite,’ sometimes costing $10,000 a night.”

In the video, which Hunter recorded in January 2019 according to The Mail, the President’s son outlines how he believes a group of men—as well as a “really nice, pure brunette” 35-year-old Russian woman—stole his laptop after he overdosed in a rooftop hotel-room hot tub.

“I went out to the hot tub by myself, which hangs over the edge of the fucking top floor, with glass, it’s ridiculous,” Hunter tells the naked woman. Then he describes how he passed out, which The Mail notes was due to a drug overdose.

“They didn’t know if I was dead or not at first,” Hunter tells the naked woman in the video, referring to several male drug dealers (including Miguel and Pierce) who were along for his Vegas bender. “[A]t first I wasn’t breathing, I was in the fucking pool face down, they don’t know how long.” (Note: Hunter says pool here, but it seems he was indeed in a hot tub.)

Hunter goes on to say that:

“Anyway my computer, I had taken tons of, like, just left like that [computer] cam on. And he would always put in a passcode and all that, you know what I mean? It was fucking crazy shit. And somebody stole it during that period of time.” [It’s unclear who the “he” is in this instance.]

Hunter later says “They have videos of me doing crazy fucking sex, you know?” When the naked woman asks Hunter if he thinks the alleged thieves will attempt to blackmail him, his response is “Yeah, in some way, yeah.” Hunter adds the drug dealers are aware that he makes “like a gazillion dollars.” He even mentions that his dad is running for President.

NOTE: Some people have claimed that a third one of Hunter’s laptops has been obtained by the FBI, as federal agents reportedly seized it from the Massachusetts office of former celebrity psychiatrist Keith Ablow. According to both The New York Post and The Daily Mail, however, that laptop was returned to Hunter’s lawyer after Ablow wasn’t charged with a crime.
