Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani sat down with Steve Bannon of the War Room: Pandemic podcast to discuss updates on the Hunter Biden laptop and the “core” of his racketeering case against Joe and Hunter Biden.
Now that former Navy officer and journalist Jack Maxey is “carpet bombing” the world with the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop, papers of record like The New York Times have had to admit that Hunter’s infamous laptop—left behind at a computer repair shop in Delaware in April 2019—is indeed real. In a new interview with Steve Bannon on his War Room: Pandemic podcast, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani—who handed over the laptop to Maxey—gives updates on how “The evidence against Joe Biden [on] the hard drive is stronger than against Hunter Biden.”
Bannon begins the interview with a discussion about Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and whether or not she is guilty of criminal behavior based on “the way she oversaw the 2020 presidential election in Arizona.”
“Having not investigated her I can’t tell you if she should be prosecuted, but she did enough illegal—in a sense, ‘civil illegal’—[that] she violated the Constitution of the United States by taking on powers she didn’t have,” Giuliani tells Bannon. “There were so many irregularities when you go through that report in Arizona, it’s hard to know how many you could pin on her, how many she could talk her way out of. But she certainly was worthy of a very very serious criminal investigation for that,” he adds.
Giuliani also notes that election officials in Arizona “never wanted to show us” their paper ballots because they knew “there were one hundred thousand or more that were illegal.”
After discussing Hobbs, Bannon moves on to Hunter Biden’s now-infamous laptop. Bannon says that when Giuliani first showed him the computer, it “blew [him] away.” Bannon notes that, subsequently, Giuliani brought in experts for the “child situation” on the computer, as well as the “pornography” and “all the different payoffs.”
“The evidence against Joe Biden [on] the hard drive is stronger than against Hunter Biden,” Giuliani says. He goes on to note that the core of a potential racketeering case against (at least) Hunter and Joe Biden could center around a single email found on Hunter’s laptop. Giuliani notes that:
“Hunter Biden describes on Christmas Day 2018 to his daughter the racketeering enterprise. He writes it out: He says, ‘I love all of you, but I don’t receive any respect. I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for thirty years. It’s really hard. But don’t worry, unlike Pop, I won’t make you give me half your salary.”
This Christmas Day email, according to Giuliani, is evidence of “ongoing criminal activity,” which is critical for making a racketeering case.
In regards to general corruption at the level of the federal government, Giuliani says it’s so bad now that “Some are making millions, some are making billions, the whole thing with coronavirus led to trillions; this is a heck of a thing we’re talking about,” Giuliani tells Bannon. “Much more than you or I ever thought of maybe five years ago when we thought about the Deep State. It’s much deeper, it’s much more dangerous, it makes the mafia look like a small organization, and these people are ruthless and willing to lie.”
